Bille
The river Bille is a small, slow-flowing river in Stormarn, Schleswig-Holstein, a right tributary of the Elbe. Its source is near Linau, north of the Hahnheide forest. It then flows south of Trittau, representing the border between Stormarn and Lauenburg, continues south of Reinbek and reaches the river Elbe near Billwerder. A lot of old estates and tasteful parks are laid out along its riverbank. Its total length is 65 km.

The Islamic Centre Hamburg is one of the oldest Shia mosques in Germany and Europe. Established in Hamburg, in northern Germany, in the late 1950s by a group of Iranian emigrants and business people it rapidly developed into one of the leading Shia centres in the Western world. Many leading Iranian theologians and politicians have spent time (often years) here, have encountered and studied Western sciences and philosophy and contributed to the Western understanding of Shia Islam.
Außenalster
Außenalster or Outer Alster Lake is one of two artificial lakes within the city limits of Hamburg, Germany, which are formed by the river Alster (the other being the Binnenalster). The size of the Außenalster is 1.6 km². The phrase "outer" refers to the old city walls of Hamburg. The Außenalster was the part of the lake that was "outside" the city walls. Today the old city walls do not exist, instead two car and train bridges, the Lombardbrücke and the Kennedybrücke, span the river.
St. James' Church, Hamburg
St. James Cathedral is one of the five principal Lutheran Cathedral of Hamburg, Germany. The Cathedral is located directly in the city center, has a 125 m tall tower and features a famous organ by Arp Schnitger from 1693. It is dedicated to St James the Greater and often incorrectly referred to in English as St Jacob's.
Schnitger organ (Hamburg)
The Arp Schnitger organ in St. Jacobi Church, Hamburg, (St James' Church), one of the five Hauptkirchen of Hamburg, is a world-famous monument of North-German organ building, and the largest surviving baroque organ in Northern Europe. The church was very badly damaged in the bombing of Hamburg in World War II, but the pipes of the organ had been removed and stored for safekeeping. The original case, however, remained in the church and was destroyed.

The Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW) is an institution of higher education and applied research located in Hamburg, Germany. Formerly known as Fachhochschule Hamburg the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences was founded in 1970. In terms of student enrollment, the HAW is the second largest university in Hamburg, with a student body of 13,500 (data as of 2005).
Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg
The Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg is one of the larger universities of music in Germany. It was founded 1950 as Staatliche Hochschule für Musik (Public university of music) on the base of the former private acting school of Annemarie Marks-Rocke and Eduard Marks. Studies include various music types from church music over Jazz to pop music, composition, conducting, instrumental music as well as voice. The theatre academy offers courses in drama and opera and directing in these fields.

Soviet submarine B-515
Soviet submarine B-515 was a Tango-class submarine of the Soviet and Russian Navies. She was built in 1976 and remained in active service until 2001. She is currently docked in Hamburg and is open to the public as a museum exhibit. The submarine is sometimes referred to as U-434, which derives from the pennant number painted on the vessel. This submarine was used for hunting, espionage, and patrol purposes. A 78-man crew operated the ship.

In Dialogue in the Dark, blind guides lead visitors in small groups through different settings in absolute darkness. The visitors learn how to interact without sight by using their other senses.
