SS Stettin (1933)
Stettin is a steam icebreaker built by the shipyard Stettiner Oderwerke in 1933. She was ordered by the Chamber of Commerce of Stettin. The economy of the city of Stettin strongly depended on the free access of ships to and from the Baltic Sea. Therefore, icebreakers were used to keep the shipping channels free from ice during the winter. For the first time in Germany, the construction was characterized by a new bow design called Runeberg-bow.

Star-Club
The Star-Club was a music club in Hamburg, Germany that opened Friday 13 April 1962 and was initially operated by Manfred Weissleder and Horst Fascher. In the 1960s, many of the giants of rock music played at the club. The club closed on 31 December 1969 and the building it occupied was destroyed by a fire in 1987. The address in Hamburg area St. Pauli was: Große Freiheit 39; Große Freiheit is a side street of the Reeperbahn.

It is situated west of the city's main station, Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (Hamburg Central Station), in the district of Altona, and is the usual terminus for southbound long-distance trains. The main line station Hamburg-Altona is a terminal station, and most InterCityExpress (ICE) services to southern Germany begin and terminate there.

The station is directly beside the musical theatre Neue Flora and near the beer brewery of the Holsten Brewery plc.
Beatles-Platz
The Beatles-Platz is a plaza in the St. Pauli quarter in Hamburg, Germany, at the crossroads of Reeperbahn and Große Freiheit. It is circular, with a diameter of 29 metres and paved black to make it look like a vinyl record. Surrounding the place are five statues, representing The Beatles: John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Stuart Sutcliffe, George Harrison, and a hybrid of drummers Pete Best and Ringo Starr each of whom played with The Beatles at times during their Hamburg engagements.

Grünspan Club
The Grünspan Club is a discotheque located in Hamburg, Germany. It was founded in 1968 as a music club and event centre, in a former movie theatre situated in Grosse Freiheit Road, next to the Reeperbahn. The discotheque became known for concerts and progressive rock. The building, situated at a corner, seats 800. Its exterior, painted by Hamburg artists Dieter Glasmacher and Werner Nöfer, was restored in 1995 when the building was overhauled.

Luna Park, Hamburg-Altona
Luna Park was a popular amusement park near Hamburg, Germany that was opened to the public in 1913, closed from 1914 to 1917, and then reopened from 1917 to 1923. The only remaining reminders of the former "funland" are a children's playground and roads named "Lunapark" serving the former park site.

The Reeperbahn station on the City S-Bahn line of the Hamburg S-Bahn in Germany is located at the eastern end of the Reeperbahn street. It is part of the tunnel from the Hamburg main station in the quarter St. Georg to Hamburg-Altona railway station, and opened on 21 April 1979.
Fabrik (Hamburg)
The Fabrik is a cultural centre in Hamburg, Germany. It occupies a former machine parts factory in Ottensen, in the Altona district. The building dates from the Gründerzeit (around 1840), and consists of a large, nave-like central hall with wooden girders, overlooked by running galleries on the two upper floors. An old crane still hangs over the entrance as a memorial to the building's industrial past.

Theater für Kinder or Allee-Theater is a theatre in Hamburg, Germany. Located in the Max-Brauer-Allee 76 in Hamburg-Altona, it was founded in 1968 as a privately run children's theater by Uwe Deeken. Since 1996 the Hamburg Chamber Opera has performed there under the same management, The theater has a hall with a stage and auditorium, which is used by children's theater and chamber opera alike. The hall has a capacity of 226 spectators on chairs upholstered in red and gold.

Altona Bloody Sunday
Altona Bloody Sunday was the name given to the bloody confrontation among the Sturmabteilung (SA) and Schutzstaffel (SS), the police, and Communist Party (KPD) supporters in Altona, Hamburg on 17 July 1932. In a policy of making concessions to the Nazi Party, the Franz von Papen government on 28 June 1932 lifted a ban that had been placed on the SA and SS in April.
