Skejby
Skejby is a small town in Denmark to the north of Århus, soon to be engulfed by Århus by the present rate of urban expansion. Even though not situated in Skejby, the world-renowned university hospital Skejby Sygehus has made this small town famous. The Vestereng park and concert facility is also in the area.

Egå Engsø
Egå Engsø is an artificial lake and wetland site located in the north of the town of Århus between Vejlby, Risskov and Lystrup. It is bordered by the Djursland motorway to the north and the Århus-Grenaa railway and the municipal heating pipes from Studstrup Power Station to the south and east. It was created by re-flooding meadows on land previously drained in the 1950s for agricultural use.
