Kozmice is a village in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It is part of the micro-region Hlučínsko. It has around 1,800 inhabitants and an area of 10.91 square kilometres. First mention of Kozmice was in 1349. On 1 July 1973 Kozmice became part of the city of Hlučín, but after a local referendum the village once again became independent on 1 January 1993.
