48th Highlanders of Canada
The 48th Highlanders of Canada is a Canadian Forces Primary Reserve infantry regiment based in Toronto, parading out of Moss Park Armoury. The regiment is part of Land Force Central Area's 32 Canadian Brigade Group. Ever since its formation in 1891, the 48th Highlanders have had a longstanding tradition of participation in the life of its parent city, Toronto.

The Queen's Own Rifles of Canada is a Primary Reserve regiment of the Canadian Forces, based in Toronto, Ontario. The regiment is part of Land Force Central Area's 32 Canadian Brigade Group. The 7th Toronto Regiment, Royal Canadian Artillery is a militia (i.e. part-time reserves) regiment of Land Force Central Area's 32 Canadian Brigade Group, The regiment was formed in 1965 when all the gunner units within the Toronto garrison (29th Field Regiment, 42nd Medium Regiment and 1st Locating Regiment) were merged. The regiment is proud to be the only Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery in Canada to include the name of its home city in its title.
First Toronto Post Office
Toronto's First Post Office (or Fourth York Post Office) is the oldest purpose-built post office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and the only surviving example of a post office that functioned as a department of the British Royal Mail. The building was built between 1833 to 1834, with construction commencing before York became the City of Toronto.
Bank of Upper Canada Building
The Bank of Upper Canada Building, built by John Ewart (architect), is one of the oldest financial service buildings in Toronto, Canada. Built in 1827-34, it housed the Bank of Upper Canada until the bank's collapse in 1866. It is located at 252 Adelaide Street East. It has been designated a National Historic Site of Canada since 1977. The building was abandoned, later used as a meat processing plant, then damaged by a fire. It was also home to a Catholic boys school, and De LaSalle Institute.
Toronto RCMP Building
The Toronto RCMP Building was the headquarters to the RCMP "O" Division detachment in Toronto. The unique glass front and brown sided building is located in the downtown core. The building featured a vault in the basement. The RCMP relocated in 1992 to London, Ontario and the building was later renovated to become the 177-suite Grand Hotel & Suites Toronto.

The Old Fire Hall is the name given to the original home of The Second City company in Toronto. The company performed there from 1974 until 1997 when it moved to 56 Blue Jays Way (in 2005, the company moved to 51 Mercer Street. It is located close to the downtown core and financial district, It is also close to many postsecondary institutions, such as the University of Toronto, Ryerson University, and George Brown College.

The unit fields a medical company, a services support company, and an HQ element. The unit's name is often abbreviated to 25 Fd Amb.
Walnut Hall
Walnut Hall was a row of four Georgian-style terraced homes in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Constructed in 1856, it was recognized by both the Government of Canada and the City of Toronto as being of historic significance, but portions of it collapsed and it had to be demolished in 2007 due to neglect. At the time of its demolition, it was Toronto's last remaining complete row of 19th century Georgian townhomes.
