Yorkdale (TTC)

Yorkdale is a station on the Yonge–University–Spadina line of the subway system in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located on William R. Allen Road just south of Highway 401. It opened in 1978 in what was then the Borough of North York, and was named for the nearby Yorkdale Shopping Centre, to which it connects by an enclosed walkway. Connections are available to GO Transit buses (as well as Greyhound and airport shuttles) at Yorkdale Bus Terminal at the south east corner.

Lawrence West (TTC)

Lawrence West is a station on the Yonge–University–Spadina line of the subway system in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located on William R. Allen Road at 655 Lawrence Avenue West. It opened in 1978 in what was then the Borough of North York. Baycrest

Baycrest is a research and education hospital on Bathurst Street in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was founded in 1918 as the Toronto Jewish Old Folks Home in a semi-detached house on Cecil Street in downtown Toronto. In 1968, the new Jewish Home for the Aged opened at Baycrest's present location in North York and Baycrest Hospital was also built as a geriatric facility. The entire complex became known collectively as Baycrest.

Shaarei Shomayim Congregation, located in mid-town Toronto, Canada, is a modern orthodox centre of Jewish life. The shul is within the community eruv. The synagogue was first established in 1928 at 563 Christie Street. The congregation moved to 840 St. Clair Avenue West in 1937, beginning, as many congregatons both Jewish and christisn have done, but constructiong a basement space, today the social hall, but first used as a worship space. The building was finally completed in 1947.
