Estádio Palestra Itália
Estádio Palestra Itália, located in São Paulo, Brazil, was the home football stadium of Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras from 1917 to 2010. It is also known as Estádio Parque Antarctica after Companhia Antarctica de Bebidas, a beverages company from which Palmeiras acquired the property in 1920. In the past its capacity was listed as 35,000 spectators.

Andraus Building
The Andraus Building is a well-known building in the city centre of São Paulo, Brazil which is located in Republic district, on the corner of avenida São João with rua Pedro Américo. It is 115 metres tall and has 32 floors, and its construction ended in 1962. On February 24, 1972, the building suffered a great fire which caused the deaths of 16 persons trapped inside the building. 330 others were also injured.

Anhembi Sambadrome is a Sambadrome and one of the largest outdoor venues for major events in the city of São Paulo in Brazil. It is located near the Anhembi Convention Center, one of the largest events complexes in Latin America, along the Marginal Tietê River in Santana in the northern zone of the city. It was designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer, being built and opened in 1991 for the local administration of Luiza Erundina.

São Paulo Indy 300
The Itaipava São Paulo Indy 300 is an event in the IRL IndyCar Series, which opened the 2010 IndyCar Series season. The event was announced on November 25, 2009, as the first championship event for the series outside of North America and Japan, and the first American open-wheel race in the country since the Rio 200 at Jacarepaguá in 2000. Due to a lengthy distance to travel from most team bases, the event promoters offer each team a six-figure sum of money, as well as paying for all expenses.

The architectural setting, designed by Oscar Niemeyer, is a monument to the cultural, political, social and economic integration of Latin America, spanning an area of 84,482 square meters. Its cultural project was developed by Brazilian anthropologist Darcy Ribeiro.
