Minsk
Minsk is the capital and largest city of Belarus, situated on the Svislach and Niamiha rivers. It is the administrative centre of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). As the national capital, Minsk has a special administrative status in Belarus and is the administrative centre of Minsk Region and Minsk raion (district). In 2012, it had a population of 1,901,700.

Traktar Stadium
The Traktar Stadium, formerly known as Stadium of the VSS Red Banner (Russian: Стадион ДСО «Красное знамя»), is the second largest multi-purpose stadium in Belarus. It was built as part of the citywide plan to create sport complex areas in every new suburb of Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic capital and to accommodate rapidly growing Minsk population (from 1960 to 1980 Minsk population grew from 500,000 to 1,500,000 people).
Dynama Stadium (Minsk)
Dinamo Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Minsk, Belarus. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of FC Minsk and Belarus national football team. The stadium officially seats 40,000, but because part of the upper stand has not been used since the mid-90s for safety reasons, current capacity is only 34,000.
Belarusian State Technological University
Belarusian State Technological University (Russian: Белорусский государственный технологический университет; Belarusian: Беларускі Дзяржаўны Тэхналагічны Універсітэт) is a University in Minsk, Belarus specialized in engineering and technology. It was established in Gomel in 1930 as the Forestry Institute. In 1941 it was evacuated to Sverdlovsk, now Yekaterinburg. Returned to Gomel in 1944, but in 1946 relocated to Minsk as the Belarusian Institute of Technology.
Minsk-1 Airport
Minsk-1 Airport is an airport located within the city limits of Minsk, Belarus, just a few kilometres south from the centre. It takes about 10 minutes by car or bus to reach the airport from the city centre. It has one 2000 m x 60 m runway, enabling aircraft of maximum weight of 63 tons to operate. Minsk-1 was built in 1933. The first aircraft to use the airport was a K-5. In 1934, Po-2 aircraft were served in the airport.
Constitutional Court of Belarus
The Constitutional Court of Belarus is one of the top-tier courts in the Eastern European country. Created in 1994, the Court is run under guidelines that were issued in 1997. The purpose of the court is to render justice in areas where the constitution has come into question, such as a local law contradicting the constitution. There are 12 judges that sit on the bench, with all having degrees in legal studies, as required by Belarusian law.
Minsk Passazhirsky railway station
Minsk Passazhirsky (Minsk Passenger Station, Belarusian: Мінск-Пасажырскі - Russian: Минск-Пассажирский) is the main passenger rail terminal in Belarus. It is located in the centre of Minsk. It is sometimes called Minsk Ploshchad Lenina due to the metro station serving the terminal, or simply Minsk.
Gorky Park (Minsk)
Gorky Park (парк Горького, центральный детский парк им. Максима Горького, Maksim Gorky Central Children's Park) is a public park in Minsk, Belarus. In is located near the Victory Square and the Yanka Kupala Park. The park was established in 1800 under the name Governor's Garden. During the Soviet times it was renamed "парк культуры и отдыха им. Максима Горького" (Park of culture and recreation after A.M. Gorky) after the famous Russian/Soviet writer Maksim Gorky.
Yanka Kupala National Academic Theatre
National academic theatre of Yanka Kupala (Belarusian: Нацыянальны акадэмічны тэатр імя Янкі Купалы, Minsk) is the oldest theatre of Belarus. It was opened on September 14, 1920, it is located in a building of the Minsk provincial theatre, constructed under the project of architects Karol Kozlowski and Konstantin Uvedensky in 1890 by means of donations of citizens. In 1944 has been renamed in honour of classic of the Belarusian literature, poet Yanka Kupala.

Belarusian National History and Culture Museum is a museum in Minsk, Belarus. The leading Museum of the historic profile of the Republic of Belarus is the biggest collection of the monuments of material and spiritual culture of the Belarusian people from the ancient times to our days. Belarusian National Arts Museum
Belarusian National Arts Museum (Belarusian: Нацыянальны мастацкі музей Рэспублікі Беларусь) is a museum in Minsk, Belarus. It is the largest museum in the country. More than twenty seven thousand works of art – creating twenty miscellaneous collections and comprising two main representative ones: the one of national art and the other of monuments of art of the countries and nations of the world – can be found on exposition, at the branches of the Museum and its depositories.
Chizhovka-Arena
Chyzhouka-Arena is a multi-use indoor arena in Minsk, Belarus that will start construction in July 2009. It will be used mostly for concerts, ice hockey and other indoor sporting events. The arena will have a capacity of ~8,500 people. It is listed as one of two main venues for the 2014 Men's World Ice Hockey Championships. The project of Chizhovka-Arena was changed several times. The final project was approved at July, 2010. Chizhovka-Arena is not built yet.
