Jidhafs
Jidhafs is a city in Bahrain. It was a municipality of Bahrain in the northern part of the country. Its territory is now in the Capital and Northern Governorate. It is about 3 km west of the capital Manama. Jidhafs is about 2733779 square miles. It is neighbored by the villages of Al Daih and Sanabis to the north, Al Musala and Tashan to the south, Jibilat Habshi and Muqsha to the west. The city's population is about 11,000, most of them are Bahrani Shia Muslims.
Seef
Seef is a suburban neighborhood in Manama, the capital city of Bahrain. The word 'seef' means coast or shore in the Gulf Arabic lexicon, similar to 'sahel'. Seef is a result of active land reclamation work starting in the 1980s, which has dramatically changed the Bahrain coastline. Surrounded on three sides by the sea, Seef is a new zone of reclaimed land containing luxury apartments, hotels and shopping malls. Rents in Seef are reportedly the highest in the entire country.
Khamis, Bahrain
Khamis is a place located between Salmaniya and Isa town in the island kingdom of Bahrain. It is largely a residential area with a number of shops and business establishments. It is also the site of the Khamis Mosque, which is the first Islamic mosque in Bahrain.
Khamis Mosque
The Khamis Mosque is believed to be the first mosque in Bahrain, built during the era of the Umayyad caliph Umar II. According to Al Wasat journalist Kassim Hussain, other sources mention that it was build in a later era during the rule of Uyunids with one minaret. The second was built two centuries later during the rule of Usfurids. The identical twin minarets of this ancient Islamic monument make it easily noticeable as one drives along the Shaikh Salman Road in Khamis.
Adhari Park
Adhari Park is an amusement park, in the Kingdom of Bahrain based around the historic freshwater spring known as Ain Adari which is located around the Zinj area. In 2003, the site was remodeled and it became a major tourist attraction. In 2006, it was remodeled at a cost of over $23,000,000 US dollars. In 2007, the park is projected to receive over a million visitors.. It had opened to the public in 2008 and covers an area of 165,000 square meters.
Bilad Al Qadeem
Bilad al-Qadeem is a town in Bahrain. It has now been incorporated into a suburb of Manama, situated next to Zinj. Prior to the Portuguese invasion in 1519 it served as the capital of Bahrain and did so again later during Safavid rule in the seventeenth century. It was traditionally a centre for Usuli theological thought and had a long standing rivalry with the Akhbari centre of Diraz.
Al Daih
Al Daih is a village on the north of Bahrain. It lies to the east of Budaiya, west of Al Manama. It is a predominantly Bahrani village. It was formerly known as Al Bida, Abu Al Zila, and now is called Al Daih, a Persian word meaning "small village".
Seef Mall
Seef Mall is the second largest mall in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The mall is located in the Seef district of the capital city, Manama. The Seef Mall is directly connected to Fraser Suites at the western end of the mall. The Al Aali Shopping Complex is located near the eastern end at the entrance near the Marks and Spencer store. To the south is the Shaikh Khalifa Bin Salman Highway.
International Hospital of Bahrain
The International Hospital of Bahrain is one of the major hospitals in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the first private medical center in the kingdom. It is located in Jidhafs, a northern city in Bahrain. Qal'at al-Bahrain
The Qal'at al-Bahrain, also known as the Bahrain Fort or Fort of Bahrain and previously as the Portugal Fort (Qal'at al Portugal) is an archaeological site located in Bahrain, on the Arabian Peninsula. Archaeological excavations carried out since 1954 have unearthed antiquaries from an artificial mound of 12 m height containing seven stratified layers, created by various occupants from 2300 BC up to the 18th century, including Kassites, Portuguese and Persians.
Pearl Roundabout
Pearl Roundabout or Lulu Roundabout was a roundabout located near the financial district of Manama, Bahrain. The roundabout was named after the pearl monument that previously stood on the site and was destroyed on March 18, 2011, by government forces as part of a crackdown on protesters during the Bahraini uprising (2011–present). However, Al Wasat mentioned since 2004 that the roundabout will be removed to ease traffic when budget allocated before 2013(Al Wasat).
Bahrain City Centre
The Bahrain City Centre (BCC) is a multistorey shopping mall situated in the Seef district of the capital city of Manama in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Work commenced on site in February 2008 and it opened to the public in September 2008. The mall features 350 retailers which includes around 150 who have made their debut appearance in the kingdom,the complex covers 450,000 square metres. It is connected to the adjacent highways via elevated road ways.
Muqsha
Muqsha is a Bahrani village in Bahrain and is situated west of the capital Manama. It is also located in Budaiya Highway, where it is located in the northern part of the highway which separates it from the village of Qadam, south of Muqsha. Muqsha also borders the villages of Al-Hilla, Karbabad, Al-Qalaa to the north, Karranah to the west, and Jidhafs to the east.
Sehla
Sehla is a village located in the north of Bahrain, on the outskirts of the capital city Manama. It is located in the Northern Governorate administrative region and is west of Khamis. The village is divided into two sections; North Sehla and South Sehla. This is due to the construction of a highway that passes through the village's centre.
Tashan, Bahrain
Tashan is a village located in the Kingdom of Bahrain, on the western outskirts of the capital city Manama.

The village was known for its beach, however in recent years, land reclamation has resulted in the once sea-front village to be up to 2 km inwards.
