Doubleview is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia in the local government area of the City of Stirling. The suburb was named Doubleview due to its views of both the Indian Ocean to the west and the Perth CBD and Darling Range to the east. Doubleview is generally a residential area, lying between Scarborough to the west and Innaloo to the east on the heavily-trafficked Scarborough Beach Road.

Herdsman Lake
Herdsman Lake (also known as Herdsmans Lake) is a groundwater lake located 6 km north-west of Perth, Western Australia, in the suburb of Herdsman. The lake is encompassed by Herdsman Lake Regional Park. It measures 2.5 km from north to south, and 2 km from east to west, totaling over 3 km² (300 hectares). The perimeter of lake is dredged to provide permanent open water, 15% of the area, during the dry summer months. The lake is a wildlife sanctuary, with birdwatching a popular activity.

Bold Park Reservoir
Bold Park Reservoir (also known as Mount Kenneth Reservoir) is a roofed reservoir in Bold Park in the suburb of City Beach, in Perth, Western Australia. It is sited on the western edge of Bold Park, off Kalinda Drive. Water from either the groundwater schemes of Gwelup and Mirrabooka is fed to the reservoir, along with water from the hills dams. The reservoir is also topped up with water from a local artesian bore. In 2005 the reservoir had half of its roof torn off in a violent storm.
Floreat Beach
Floreat Beach is in Western Australia, located off West Coast Highway, directly next to City Beach. The beach's southern extremity is a groyne and continues north past a drain pipe until Hale Road dog beach. In front of the beach area near the groyne there is a carpark, boardwalk, grassed area, and cycle path. The groyne has a seasonally occurring sand-bar that forms a left breaking wave that is popular with bodyboarders and surfers.

The precise origin of the name is unknown, but the earliest known use of the name was on a lease application by J.H. Okely of Wanneroo in 1868.
